JET Launch World’s First Permanently Deployable Floating 5G Base Station in UK and wanted 4m long cases to hold the structure poles and brackets as well as toolchests and cases for lights and giant solar panels. Each case is to be so big it has to be able to withstand a forklift lifting at the docks. No problem!
Each case was going to hold a lot of weight so we constructed the base from 30mm birch ply with full length metal braces.
Poles held by shaped dividers on full length with trays held on the top for the brackets.
Each large toolchest had struts a worktop and plug sockets.
On site before build at Ramsgate.
